SpinXpress Eula-
SpinXpress Test Publishing Library- I am including a new library file that should be put into your SpinXpress2/lib folder. Drag the File from SpinXpress onto your desktop, and then copy it into your "Program Files/SpinXpress2/lib" folder, and then restart SpinXpress. This should give me more information about what the problem is with publishing on your machine. Please report problems if the issue persists.
